The founders of Green Guild are:
Jim Lockwood
Jim has been helping people with their homes for more than 20 years. He is a licensed builder and general contractor with a focus on dramatically reducing our dependence on fossil fuel for heating and cooling. He is a graduate of the Rhode Island School of Design and has been active for many years in the Climate Change movement.
Harold Simansky
Harold is a green building developer with particular experience in renewable energy. He recently completed one of the first green, LEED-certified residential condominium buildings in the Boston area. He is enthusiastic about the potential of Green Guild to energize communities around a shared agenda of reducing energy usage and living better.
Andy Belt
Andy brings expertise in the application of communication and web technologies to building customer relationships. A consultant and entrepreneur, he makes sure the numbers make sense for the whole Green Guild community, and especially our customers.
Joining the three original founders:
Simon Neale
Simon has taken on the role of Chief Information Officer and drives the technology strategy for the company. A former consultant with the Monitor Group, Simon is focused on the issues of Customer Relationship Management and online community.
